24-Ounce Work Bowl: The Mini Prep Plus features a durable clear plastic work bowl. Its 24-ounce capacity can accommodate most small kitchen tasks, and the thick, solid handle makes it easy to use ingredients right out of the bowl. To add liquid while the machine is powered on, simply pour the liquid through one of the two openings on the work bowl cover.

Auto-Reversing Smart Power Blade: A Cuisinart exclusive, the rugged stainless steel Smart Power blade automatically reverses based on the type of processing that is selected. Chop uses the blade's razor-sharp edge, while Grind uses the heavy-duty blunt edge.

Touchpad Controls: Food preparation couldn't be simpler with the Mini Prep Plus' easy-touch two-button control panel, offset in black. Choose Chop for sharp-edge chopping, pureeing, and mixing; or Grind for blunt-edge chopping and grinding of whole spices, nuts, and other hard foods.

Pulse Activation: For maximum versatility and control, the Mini Prep Plus features pulse activation. For pulse operation, press and release the touchpad button associated with your ingredients for a quick burst of processing. For continuous operation, press and hold the button for up to one minute at a time.
